The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative crate design that simplifies the assembly process. Constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood for the panels, the base consists of a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, paired with impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks secured through bolted construction. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions, and it typically takes less than two minutes to assemble or disassemble most Sure-Lok® crates.
