The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and handling heavy weight items, featuring an innovative design that allows for quick assembly and disassembly in less than two minutes. The crate system includes individually machined panels made from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood, a base constructed from a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, reinforced with impact resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy duty clips and support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. Please note that the dimensions provided refer to the inside measurements of the crates.
