The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy weight items, featuring an innovative and simple crate system. Each crate consists of precisely machined 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels that form a robust structure when the interlocking edges and slots are combined. Assembly or disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates takes less than two minutes. The base construction includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, all secured through bolted construction. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions specified are the inside dimensions of the crates.
