The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy weight items. This innovative crate system features individual panels machined on state-of-the-art CNC equipment, enabling exceptional strength through interlocking edges and slots that allow the base, sides, and top to fit together seamlessly. Assembly or disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates takes less than two minutes. The kits and packages include 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, a base constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, as well as impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, all secured with bolted construction. The crates come equipped with Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions of the crates.
