The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy weight items, featuring an innovative crate design that allows for quick and easy assembly or disassembly in under two minutes. Each crate is constructed using 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, with a base made of a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, featuring bolted construction for added durability. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. Notably, the dimensions provided refer to the inside dimensions of the crates.
