The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative crate design that utilizes precisely machined individual panels crafted on state-of-the-art CNC equipment. This design incorporates slots and interlocking edges, allowing the base, sides, and top to fit together for exceptional strength and stability, requiring less than two minutes to assemble or disassemble. The crates are constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, with a base made of a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, complemented by impact resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction. They come equipped with Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and are capable of supporting a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs.
