The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy weight items. This innovative crate system features individual panels that are precisely machined on state-of-the-art CNC equipment, allowing for interlocking edges that enhance the strength of the assembled crate. Assembly or disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates takes less than two minutes. Each crate is constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, including a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, along with impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. Dimensions specified are the inside dimensions.
