The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative crate design that consists of precisely machined individual panels created using state-of-the-art CNC equipment. These panels include slots and interlocking edges that enable the base, sides, and top to fit together, providing exceptional strength and stability. Assembly or disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates can be completed in less than two minutes. The kit includes 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels for the walls, a base constructed with a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, and bolted construction for added durability. It is equipped with Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The specified dimensions are the inside dimensions of the crates.
