The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy weight items, featuring an innovative crate system with individual panels precisely machined on state-of-the-art CNC equipment. This design includes interlocking edges that allow the base, sides, and top to fit together with exceptional strength, enabling assembly or disassembly in less than two minutes. The kit includes 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels for the walls, a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks with bolted construction. Each crate utilizes Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions of the crates.
