The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative crate design that allows for easy assembly and disassembly in under two minutes. The crate system is constructed using 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels for the base and sides, with a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners. It incorporates impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction for enhanced durability. The heavy-duty Sure-Lok® version 5 clips secure the structure, and the crates have a maximum stacking load capacity of 50,000 lbs. Dimensions listed pertain to the inside dimensions of the crates.
