The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy weight items, featuring an innovative crate system with individual panels precisely machined on state-of-the-art CNC equipment. The design incorporates slots and interlocking edges that allow the base, sides, and top to fit together, providing exceptional strength. Assembly or disassembly takes less than two minutes for most crates. The components include 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, a base constructed from a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks. The system utilizes Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and supports a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. All dimensions provided are the inside dimensions.
