The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy-weight items, featuring a simple yet innovative design. The individual panels are crafted from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood, ensuring durability and strength. The base construction includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, complemented by impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, all held together by bolted construction. Assembly and disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates take less than two minutes, making them efficient for use. The system utilizes Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips, with a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. It should be noted that the dimensions provided are the inside dimensions of the crates.
