The DA series provides bone dry air, ensuring that your paint jobs come out perfect every time. This system, when combined with pre-filtration and post-filtration, effectively eliminates air contaminants that can affect paint spraying, whether water or solvent borne. It offers compressed air users a straightforward and effective method for obtaining dry compressed air and is compatible with any type of compressor, including piston, scroll, rotary vane, or rotary screw technologies. Designed to function with inlet temperatures up to 150°F, it is particularly suitable for tank-mounted reciprocating air compressors that do not have an aftercooler. The kit includes universal wall mounting brackets for easy installation in a compact and expandable system, which can be either wall or compressor mounted, and is mounted on FS-Curtis compressors. This system serves as an alternative to high inlet temperature refrigerated dryers and operates without the use of refrigerants, making it environmentally friendly. It boasts the lowest operational and maintenance costs of any regenerative air dryer. The molecular sieve desiccant comes in easy spin-on canisters, each equipped with a built-in particulate after filter, and the system is capable of operating uninterrupted in dirty or dusty environments without the need for an air-cooled aftercooler.
