The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc TS 361F 2" Dia 80 Grit Aluminum Oxide is designed for quick-change attachment systems and delivers durability and high performance for grinding, blending, deburring, and finishing on all metals. It features fast-cutting aluminum oxide abrasive grains bonded to heavyweight cloth backing with a durable, heat-resistant resin that supports both wet and dry applications. Aluminum oxide abrasive is fast-cutting, long-lasting, and self-fractures to expose fresh edges, making it ideal for grinding, sanding, and finishing on a variety of materials including ferrous alloys. The heat-resistant resin maintains bond stability under high heat and pressure, while the cloth backing provides durability and flexibility, suitable for metalworking and heavy wood stock removal. This disc is compatible with 3M Roloc attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, with specific discs available for each system. Typical applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, working on flat areas, grinding, preparing metal prior to painting, weld removal, and finishing metal fabrication, primarily serving the metal fabrication industry.
