The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Stikit™ Paper Disc Roll 732U measures 5 inches in diameter with an NH 80 grit ceramic aluminum oxide abrasive featuring 3M precision-shaped triangular ceramic grains designed to slice through substrates for faster cutting and longer disc life, cutting up to 2 times faster and lasting up to 4 times longer than conventional abrasives. It uses a C-weight paper backing suitable for applications where edge retention is not critical. The disc features the 3M™ Stikit™ system with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the backside, allowing easy attachment and removal from a Stikit backup pad, which must be used for operation with disc sanders, random orbital sanders, or stationary disc sanders. This abrasive roll is ideal for stock removal on various substrates including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood, and is recommended to be used with 3M™ Elite random orbital sanders for optimal results.
