The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Clean and Strip Disc TR CSD2-R measures 4" x 1" with XCS grit silicon that aggressively removes paint and rust from most substrates without damaging the workpiece. It is conformable to access difficult-to-reach areas and features a 3-dimensional abrasive web that resists loading. This disc is safer than wire tools and is ideal for removing rust and oxides from stainless steel, aluminum, and nonferrous metals. Its conformability also makes it suitable for cleaning welding pieces with curved or concave surfaces. Typical applications include coating removal, paint stripping, rust removal, and sealant removal, and it is used widely in industries such as aerospace, general industrial, metalworking, and MRO.
