The 3M™ PSA cloth disc 348D is a heavy-duty sanding disc measuring 24 inches in diameter with NH attachment and 40 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It features a high-strength pressure-sensitive adhesive backing designed to adhere efficiently to a backup pad or steel platen for secure application and clean removal. The disc is constructed with a heat-resistant resin bond and cloth backing, making it suitable for high heat and heavy-duty sanding tasks. The abrasive is aluminum oxide in a closed coat, providing a fast cut for grinding and dual action sanding on metal surfaces. This versatile disc is ideal for deburring, blending, cleaning, and finishing metal parts and various shapes and sizes.
