The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Stikit™ film disc roll 775L measures 5" in diameter with NH (Narrow Hole) and features 80 grit ceramic aluminum oxide abrasive. It utilizes 3M precision shaped triangular ceramic grain designed to slice through substrates, providing cutting speeds up to 2 times faster and lasting up to 6 times longer than conventional abrasives. The film backing offers superior tear resistance and edge retention compared to paper discs. This roll is ideal for stock removal on various substrates including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. It is compatible with 3M™ Elite random orbital sanders and requires a Stikit™ backup pad to attach to disc sanders, random orbital sanders, or stationary disc sanders. The pressure-sensitive adhesive backing allows easy application and removal without residue, enhancing efficiency. Applications include AOEM finish prep and repair, defect repair and leveling, finishing, orbital sanding, paint and lacquer sanding, cabinetry, custom woodworking, millwork, and furniture refinishing.
