The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Stikit™ Paper Disc Roll 732U measures 6" in diameter with NH 180 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. It features 3M precision shaped ceramic grain, utilizing triangular shaped ceramic minerals designed to slice through substrates rather than gouging, which enables the disc to cut up to twice as fast and last up to four times longer than conventional abrasives. This C-weight paper-backed disc is suited for stock removal on various substrates including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood, with edge retention not being a primary requirement. The disc is designed for use with the 3M™ Stikit™ system, which incorporates a pressure sensitive adhesive backing for easy attachment to and removal from Stikit backup pads (sold separately) on disc sanders, random orbital sanders, or stationary disc sanders. Recommended for use with 3M™ Elite random orbital sanders, it supports applications such as AOEM finish preparation and repair, defect repair and leveling, finishing, orbital sanding, and paint or lacquer sanding, particularly in cabinetry, custom woodworking, millwork, and furniture industries.
