The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ EXL unitized mounted point W185 x 1/8" CRS grit aluminum oxide is designed to lightly deburr, blend, and finish metal and plastic parts, making it suitable for small parts with hard-to-reach areas. It is available in a variety of ANSI (American National Standards Institute) shapes and sizes, ideal for light blending and deburring of smaller work pieces. The abrasive point is securely mounted on a metal spindle for use with a die grinder, and the assortment of abrasive sizes enables effective finishing of various parts. The unitized mounted point minimizes the risk of smearing or surface blemishing and features a load-resistant nonwoven web to maintain high cutting performance by limiting clogging of the nylon fibers.
