The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ HS Blend and Finish Disc TR measures 3" in diameter with a medium grit alumina abrasive. It is designed to aggressively tackle weld burns, refinement, light deburring, and rust removal while leaving a consistent satin finish on the workpiece, resulting in a blended, burr-free, paint-friendly surface. The disc features a Roloc quick-change attachment button that provides secure attachment and allows easy disc changes for greater workshop efficiency. Constructed with a non-woven, open-web, durable material, the disc resists loading and greatly increases its lifespan, reducing the frequency of disc changes. Typical applications include blending, cleaning, coating removal, contour finishing, deburring, finishing, rust removal, and weld cleaning. It is suitable for use in aerospace, general industrial, metalworking, MRO, transportation, and heavy equipment industries.
