The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Stikit™ Film Disc 775L is a 5" diameter, NH-style abrasive disc with 80 grit ceramic aluminum oxide made from 3M precision shaped triangular ceramic grain, designed to slice through substrates rather than gouging, enabling cutting speeds up to 2 times faster and disc life up to 6 times longer than conventional abrasives. The disc features a durable film backing that offers greater tear resistance and edge retention compared to paper discs, making it suitable for stock removal on metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. This disc includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing as part of the Stikit™ system, allowing quick attachment and removal on Stikit™ backup pads (sold separately) compatible with disc sanders, random orbital sanders, or stationary disc sanders. Recommended for applications such as AOEM finish preparation and repair, defect repair and leveling, finishing, orbital sanding, paint and lacquer sanding, cabinetry, custom woodworking, millwork, and furniture industries.
