The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Stikit™ film disc roll 775L measures 5 inches in diameter with NH 120 grit ceramic aluminum oxide abrasive made from 3M precision shaped triangular ceramic grain designed to slice through substrates, cutting up to twice as fast and lasting up to six times longer than conventional abrasives. This film disc is optimized for stock removal on a variety of substrates including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood, featuring a durable film backing that offers greater tear resistance and edge retention compared to paper discs. The disc is part of the 3M™ Stikit™ system with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside, allowing easy attachment and removal from a compatible Stikit backup pad, which must be used with a disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander (sold separately). Ideal applications include AOEM finish preparation and repair, defect repair and leveling, finishing, orbital sanding, and paint or lacquer sanding in industries such as cabinetry, custom woodworking, millwork, and furniture manufacturing. For best results, it is recommended to use with 3M™ Elite random orbital sanders. Warranty terms and additional product certifications are provided by 3M according to their standard policies.
