Scotch-Brite™ High Strength Disc is a general-purpose disc crafted from a durable, tough web specifically designed for effective cleaning, deburring, denib/defuzzing, and achieving satin finishes. Its non-woven, open-web construction resists loading and runs cool, ensuring that abrasives maintain a consistent cutting rate throughout the disc's lifespan. The disc’s conformability allows it to perform well on irregular surfaces and in tight areas without damaging the base material. This disc can be utilized individually or stacked on a straight shaft tool or bench motor to condition larger areas such as bar grates, louvers, vents, and tracks. Scotch-Brite™ incorporates abrasives into non-woven nylon fibers, creating an abrasive system that delivers consistent results throughout the product's use. The open-web material is load-resistant, promoting high-performance cutting by minimizing the clogging of nylon fibers.
