The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ EXL unitized wheel TR measures 3 inches in diameter with a NH CRS grit aluminum oxide abrasive, designed for strong and effective edge deburring and finishing in metalworking applications where close tolerances are critical. Manufactured with compressed, non-woven fiber construction and uniform grain distribution, the wheel delivers consistent professional results on weld polishing, aircraft part deburring, and blending or finishing metals, plastics, and composites. Available in higher density for aggressive cutting power suitable for deburring edges and corners without damaging parts, and lower density for soft, conformable finishing on contoured surfaces, it features the 3M™ Roloc™ quick release system for rapid disc changes and allows use of both the edge and surface without mounting hardware interruption. The product is offered in fine, medium, and coarse grades, and the smaller Roloc™ quick change discs attach easily to a Roloc™ disc pad (sold separately) supporting secure attachment even for heavy-duty applications. The Scotch-Brite™ surface conditioning pads incorporate abrasives into non-woven nylon or synthetic fibers forming an abrasive system that delivers consistent results over the product life, with an open-web design that runs cool to minimize part discoloration and warping, while the load-resistant fibers maintain abrasive mineral effectiveness.
