The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ EXL unitized wheel TR 2" x NH medium grit aluminum oxide is designed for edge deburring and finishing in various metalworking applications and machined parts requiring close tolerances. Manufactured with compressed, non-woven fiber construction and uniform grain distribution, this EXL unitized wheel delivers consistent, professional results for weld polishing, deburring aircraft parts, and blending and finishing various metals, plastics, and composites. The higher density EXL material is extremely tough, offering aggressive cutting power to effectively deburr edges and corners without damaging the part, while lower densities are soft and conformable for finishing contoured surfaces. The disc includes the 3M™ Roloc™ quick release system for fast and easy disc changes, allowing use of both the edge and surface of the wheel without interrupting mounting hardware. Available in fine, medium, and coarse grades, these smaller Roloc discs are designed to attach easily and securely onto a Roloc™ disc pad, enabling quick swaps for different tasks or multi-step finishing processes. Scotch-Brite™ surface conditioning products combine abrasives incorporated into non-woven nylon or synthetic fibers, creating an abrasive system that delivers consistent results throughout the product life, with open-web material that runs cool to reduce discoloration and warping, and fibers that are load resistant to maintain abrasive minerals. The kit includes the 2" diameter unitized wheel with NH (nut and hub) attachment and offers durability and compliance with standard safety and quality certifications.
