The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Cut and Polish Unitized Wheel measures 3" x 3/4" x 3/8" and features a medium grit aluminum oxide abrasive. This tightly layered, durable unitized wheel is available in medium to hard densities and is designed for aggressive deburring, blending, and finishing on harder metals, particularly where portability is required. The wheel serves as a replacement for many conventional abrasive products such as rubber bonded wheels and small set-up wheels. The aluminum oxide mineral combined with a tough nylon web provides uniform results, offering a smooth running, fast cutting wheel that runs cool and resists loading.
