The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Plus Cut and Polish Disc D5 measures 4" x 1 1/4" and comes in a medium grit aluminum oxide formulation, featuring five strong, durable cut and polish discs on a 3M™ Roloc™ quick change shank. This kit is designed for coverage on larger areas and irregular or contoured surfaces such as bar grates, louvers, vents, and tracks. Engineered for producing satin or high-luster finishes, the disc is effective for cleaning and light deburring on a variety of metals. The non-woven, open-web construction is load resistant, maintains a cool operation, and provides conformability, while the aluminum oxide abrasives ensure consistent cutting action. The Roloc attachment system facilitates quick and easy disc change-out, enhancing access to hard-to-reach areas.
