High quality extraction thimbles are available in a variety of dimensions to fit most Soxhlet extraction units. These extraction thimbles are manufactured with high purity cellulose fibers and have a consistent wall thickness. Common applications include air and waste gas analysis, collection of solid particles such as dust, smoke stack gas monitoring, analysis of pesticide residues, oil/fat content of solid foods, oil and grease analysis of solid wastes, and elution for biochemical analysis. Each thimble measures 33 x 80 mm (inner diameter x height) and is sold in a package quantity of 25.
