The Grade CFP3 filter media is virtually identical to CFP1 but has double the thickness, resulting in a significantly slower flow rate with a retention of approximately 6 µm. This specific media type does not easily clog compared to other qualitative cellulose types, allowing for much higher sample volume usage. Additionally, the CFP3 media exhibits very high levels of absorbency, making it suitable for use as a sample conveyance substrate. It is designed for applications requiring efficient filtration with minimal clogging and optimized sample handling capabilities.
