Disposable non-sterile PES (polyethersulfone) hydrophilic filtration media syringe filters are designed with Luer-Lok™ and pressure fitting for compatibility and efficiency. These filters are ultrasonically bonded to ensure reliability, with the filter media type clearly inscribed on the barrel for easy identification. They offer excellent unit-to-unit and lot-to-lot reproducibility and consistency, featuring a unique concentric funnel-shaped barrel that increases volume while decreasing back pressure. The filters provide high filtration flow rates and have an inherently low affinity for proteins, along with low extractables. They are suitable for introducing additives into tissue culture vessels and are certified for ion chromatography, making them ideal for final filtration of bacteriophage, infusion solutions, tissue culture, proteins, buffer, and nucleic acids. These filters excel in applications requiring maximum sample recovery, including filtering hybridization solutions and probes to reduce backgrounds, as well as final filtration for food, beverages, and ultra-pure water. Each package contains 100 filters.
