LabExact Total Suspended Solids 1.5µm Binderless Glass Microfiber Filter is a high efficiency (HEPA type) filter medium designed for liquid filtration with a particle retention of 1.50µm, specifically tailored for EPA methods 2540C and 2540D for testing dissolved and suspended solids in water and wastewater. This filter provides a high flow rate and high capacity, utilizing binderless borosilicate glass fiber media that contains no added extractables, thereby reducing the risk of sample contamination. It also exhibits excellent wet strength and is suitable for various applications, including gravimetric analysis of air pollutants, membrane support pads, membrane prefilters, clarification of reagent and buffer solutions, filtration of eluent for HPLC, and moisture analysis pads. The product is sold in a package quantity of 100 filters.
