The Grade A-E fine porosity and fast flow rate glass microfiber filters feature a 1.0m size particle retention and are made from binderless borosilicate glass microfiber. With a DOP efficiency of 99.98%, they are primarily utilized in suspended solids and air monitoring applications. These filters are produced from 100% borosilicate glass microfiber, without the use of binders or strengthening agents, allowing for exceptional depth filtration that traps particulates within the random matrix of fibers throughout the media's thickness. The efficiency rating is indicative of the complex void space structure that results from the overlapping fibers, which are smooth and uniform. This construction enables high flow rates while retaining exceptionally small particles and providing a high load capacity. The filters are sold in package quantities of 100.
