The base measures 22 inches in height, 22 inches in width, and 22 inches in depth, while the sign post stands at 98 inches tall. Installation is straightforward, with the option to fill the base with 100 lbs. of sand or gravel, or 19 gallons of water for stability. In areas prone to freezing, it is recommended to fill the sign base with 16 gallons of water to accommodate expansion.
