The seams of the QF adjustable nipple are laser welded, ensuring durability. Key features include the rolled edge on the ends that facilitates easy connections to other components using a barrel-type clamp, along with a specially designed gasket inside the clamp that seals the joint tightly. The installation process requires no special tools, allowing for a simple clamping mechanism that significantly reduces installation time and downtime by over 45% when compared to flanged ductwork installation. Additionally, the Quick-Fit ducting is reusable, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation as needs change, and it can be easily removed, cleaned, and re-installed without the need for tools.
