When ordering these reducers, customers must specify the dimensions for both ends, referred to as A and B, with pricing based on the large end A. The B end can be as small as 1 inch, and the reducer end style must also be indicated, with QF ends being the standard option. The Quick-Fit ductwork offers several benefits, including easy clamping; the rolled edges on the duct components allow for quick connections using barrel-type clamps, complemented by a specially designed gasket that ensures a tight seal. This system eliminates the need for rivets, screws, or welding, resulting in more than 45% reduction in installation time compared to traditional flanged ductwork.
