Made in the USA, the Nordfab Quick-Fit Adjustable Nipple, also known as an adjustable sleeve, is designed for quick variable length adjustments in ducting lines of QF pipe. The kit includes a black O-ring and offers the option of a red O-ring for higher temperature applications at an additional cost. The seams of the QF Adjustable Nipple are laser welded, ensuring durability. Nordfab's Quick-Fit ductwork features a rolled edge on the ends for easy connection to other components using a barrel-type clamp, complemented by a specially designed gasket inside the clamp that seals the joint tightly. This system allows installers to clamp each piece together without the need for special tools, eliminating the requirement for precise measurements. The Quick-Fit Adjustable Nipple's design enables easy and fast installation without rivets, screws, or welding, significantly reducing installation and downtime by more than 45% compared to flanged ductwork. The ducting is also reusable, making it easy to uninstall and relocate as needs change, and facilitates convenient cleaning as it can be removed, cleaned, and re-installed without tools.
