Nordfab's flexible rigid steel hose, made in the USA, is designed for applications involving higher temperatures or abrasive materials. The hose is available in both galvanized and stainless steel options. Sizes 1.5" and 6" can be purchased in 5' increments, with a maximum length of 25', while sizes 7" and 14" are available in 5' increments only. For longer lengths, 5' hose assemblies with Quick-Fit ends can be supplied for easy connection. The hose comes with raw ends as standard, with options for QF or angle flange ends for an additional charge. The Quick-Fit ductwork components feature a rolled edge on the ends that allows for simple clamping together using a barrel-type clamp, with a specially designed gasket that seals the joint tightly. The installation is fast and straightforward, eliminating the need for rivets, screws, or welding, reducing downtime by over 45% compared to flanged ductwork.
