The QF duct pipe features a laser welded seam and Quick-Fit (QF) rolled ends designed for use with QF clamps, facilitating quick assembly, disassembly, and relocation. For tougher applications, QF duct pipe is available in 16 gauge and 18 gauge, while Nordfab duct pipe with QF ends is also offered in 14 gauge. Additionally, Nordfab duct pipe with flanged ends is available in 14 gauge and 12 gauge, accommodating sizes up to 40 inches in diameter. The components have a rolled edge for easy connection using a barrel-type clamp, with a specially designed gasket that seals the joint tightly. This system requires no rivets, screws, or welding, significantly reducing installation time and downtime by more than 45% compared to flanged ductwork installation. Quick-Fit ducting is also re-usable, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation as needs change, and is designed for easy cleaning, as it can be removed, cleaned, and re-installed without tools.
