Made in the USA, Nordfab's flexible rigid steel hose is designed for applications involving higher temperatures or abrasive materials and is available in galvanized or stainless steel. Sizes include 1.5" and 6", sold in 5' increments up to a maximum length of 25', while 7" and 14" are sold only in 5' increments. For longer lengths, 5' hose assemblies with Quick-Fit ends can be supplied to easily connect additional assemblies, with raw ends supplied as standard and QF or angle flange ends available for an additional charge. Nordfab's Quick-Fit ductwork features a rolled edge on the ends for easy connections using barrel-type clamps, which are designed with a specially crafted gasket to seal joints tightly. This system allows for quick installation without the need for rivets, screws, or welding, significantly reducing installation time and downtime by more than 45% compared to flanged ductwork. Quick-Fit ducting is reusable and can be easily uninstalled and relocated as necessary, while also being simple to clean and reinstall without the use of tools.
