Made in the USA, the QF end caps are designed to connect seamlessly with the QF clamp and are utilized to cap off an unused ducting port, making them ideal for future expansions or when relocating machinery. For sizes larger than 24 inches, the end caps consist of a flat plate and angle rings. The Nordfab Quick-Fit ductwork boasts various technical features, such as a rolled edge on the ends that allows for easy connection without the need for special tools, thanks to a barrel-type clamp and a specially designed gasket that ensures a tight seal at the joint. The telescoping Quick-Fit adjustable nipple simplifies installation by eliminating the need for precise measurements. Additionally, the ducting systems require no rivets, screws, or welding, resulting in over a 45% reduction in installation and downtime compared to traditional flanged ductwork. Quick-Fit ducting is also re-usable and easily uninstalled for relocation as needs change. Cleaning is straightforward, as the ducting can be removed and re-installed without any tools.
