Made in the USA, the QF end caps are designed to connect easily with the QF clamp and are utilized to cap off an unused ducting port, making them ideal for future expansion or for use when a machine has been relocated. QF end caps larger than 24 inches will consist of a flat plate and angle rings. The Quick-Fit ductwork system from Nordfab features components with a rolled edge on the ends for seamless connection to other elements using a barrel-type clamp. A specially designed gasket inside the clamp secures the joint tightly, allowing for quick assembly without the need for special tools. The telescoping Quick-Fit adjustable nipple eliminates the need for precise measurements. Furthermore, installation is expedited, as no rivets, screws, or welding are required, reducing installation and downtime by more than 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork. The reusability of Quick-Fit ducting allows for easy uninstallation and relocation as requirements evolve. Finally, the ducting is designed for ease of maintenance, allowing for quick removal, cleaning, and re-installation without the use of tools.
