Made in the USA, Nordfab's QF manual blast gate features a cast aluminum body with a galvanized steel standard connection collar, while the SS model is constructed entirely of stainless steel. This product is available in sizes ranging from 3" to 30", with QF (rolled edge) ends for easy connection to Quick-Fit ductwork for sizes 3" to 24", and flanged ends for sizes 26" to 30". The Quick-Fit ductwork system allows components to be clamped together easily using a barrel-type clamp, which includes a specially designed gasket that ensures a tight seal at the joint. The installation process is streamlined, as no rivets, screws, or welding are required, resulting in more than a 45% reduction in installation and downtime compared to flanged ductwork. Quick-Fit ducting is reusable, making it simple to uninstall and relocate as needs change, and it can be easily removed for cleaning without the need for any tools.
