Made in the USA, Nordfab's QF manual blast gate allows for manual operation and features a cast aluminum body with a galvanized steel standard connection collar. The SS model is constructed entirely of stainless steel. Available sizes range from 3" to 24", equipped with QF (rolled edge) ends for seamless connection to Quick-Fit ductwork, while sizes 26" to 30" come with flanged ends. The Quick-Fit ductwork components feature a rolled edge design that enables simple clamping with a barrel-type clamp, utilizing a specially designed gasket inside the clamp for a tight seal. Installation is straightforward, as no rivets, screws, or welding are required, leading to a reduction in installation time and downtime by over 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork. The ducting system is also reusable, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation as needs evolve, and can be easily removed, cleaned, and reinstalled without the need for tools.
