Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit clamp provides quick and easy connections for Nordfab's Quick-Fit duct pipe. The kit includes clamps that come standard with nitrile seals and a bridge pin for locking the clamp into a closed position. The galvanized version is supplied with a galvanized bridge pin, while the stainless steel version comes with an SS bridge pin. Optional seal materials include silicone and ePTFE for applications where temperature is unsuitable for nitrile. Clamps sized from 7" to 11" feature a large bridge pin with a 1/2" wide nitrile seal from the factory, while clamps from 12" to 24" include a large bridge pin with a 5/8" wide nitrile seal. The Quick-Fit ductwork components feature a rolled edge on the ends for easy connection with the use of a barrel-type clamp, and a specially designed gasket inside the clamp seals the joint tightly. Installers can easily and quickly clamp each piece together without any special tools, and the telescoping Quick-Fit adjustable nipple eliminates the need for precise measurements. The ducting systems significantly reduce installation and downtime by more than 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork, and Quick-Fit ducting is reusable, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation as needs change. Additionally, it is easy to clean, as Quick-Fit ducting can be removed, cleaned, and re-installed without tools.
