Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit Clamp by Nordfab enables quick and easy connections for Quick-Fit duct pipe. This kit includes clamps standard with nitrile seals and a bridge pin for securing the clamp in a closed position. Clamps measuring 7” to 11” feature a large bridge pin with a 1/2” wide nitrile seal, while those measuring 12” to 24” come with a large bridge pin and a 5/8” wide nitrile seal. Optional seal materials include silicone and EPTFE for applications where temperatures are not suitable for nitrile. The design includes a rolled edge on component ends for easy connections using a barrel-type clamp, enhanced by a specially designed gasket for a tight seal. The telescoping Quick-Fit adjustable nipple allows for simple adjustments without precise measurements. Installation is straightforward as it eliminates the need for rivets, screws, or welding, reducing installation and downtime by over 45% compared to flanged ductwork. The Quick-Fit ducting is also reusable and can be easily uninstalled, relocated, and reinstalled, while promoting easy cleaning, all without the necessity of tools.
