Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit clamp facilitates quick and easy connections for Nordfab's Quick-Fit duct pipe, featuring standard nitrile seals and a bridge pin for securing the clamp in a closed position. The galvanized version includes a galvanized bridge pin, while the stainless steel variant comes with an SS bridge pin. Optional seal materials such as silicone and ePTFE are available for applications where nitrile is unsuitable due to temperature. Clamps within the size range of 7" to 11" include a large bridge pin paired with a 1/2" wide nitrile seal from the factory, while those ranging from 12" to 24" come with a large bridge pin and a 5/8" wide nitrile seal. The design of Nordfab's Quick-Fit ductwork features rolled edges at the ends to enable simple connections, utilizing barrel-type clamps and a specially designed gasket for a tight seal without the need for special tools, making installation fast and efficient—reducing installation times and downtime by over 45% compared to flanged ductwork. The system is also reusable, allowing for easy uninstallation and relocation, and offers straightforward cleaning as ducting can be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled without any tools.
