Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit clamp offers quick and easy connections for Nordfab's Quick-Fit duct pipe, which includes nitrile seals and a bridge pin for securing the clamp in a closed position. The galvanized clamps are equipped with a galvanized bridge pin, while stainless steel (SS) variants feature an SS bridge pin. Optional seal materials include silicone and ePTFE for higher temperature applications. Clamps measuring 7” to 11” come with a large bridge pin and a 1/2” wide nitrile seal, whereas clamps from 12” to 24” include a large bridge pin with a 5/8” wide nitrile seal. Nordfab's Quick-Fit ducting systems facilitate easy connection through a rolled edge design and a specially designed gasket that ensures a tight seal, allowing installers to join components quickly without the need for special tools. The telescoping Quick-Fit adjustable nipple negates the need for precise measurements. This system reduces installation and downtime by over 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork, as it requires no rivets, screws, or welding. Additionally, the Quick-Fit ducting is reusable and can be easily uninstalled and relocated, while also being simple to clean and reinstall without tools.
