Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit Clamp offers quick and easy connections for Nordfab's Quick-Fit duct pipe. The clamps come standard with nitrile seals and a bridge pin for locking the clamp in a closed position, with galvanized models supplied with a galvanized bridge pin and stainless steel (SS) models equipped with an SS bridge pin. Optional seal materials include silicone and ePTFE, suitable for applications where temperatures exceed nitrile limits. For clamps sized 7 inches to 11 inches, a large bridge pin with a 1/2-inch wide nitrile seal is provided, whereas clamps from 12 inches to 24 inches feature a large bridge pin with a 5/8-inch wide nitrile seal. The Quick-Fit ductwork is designed for effortless assembly; each component has a rolled edge that allows easy connection with barrel-type clamps, and a specially designed gasket seals joints tightly. Installation is simplified as no rivets, screws, or welding are required, significantly reducing installation time and downtime by over 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork. Furthermore, Quick-Fit ducting is re-usable and can be easily uninstalled for relocation, and it is also easy to clean and re-install without the need for tools.
