Made in the USA, the Quick-Fit Clamp offers quick and easy connections for Nordfab's Quick-Fit duct pipe. Each clamp comes standard with nitrile seals and a bridge pin for securely locking the clamp into a closed position. The clamps are available in galvanized steel with a galvanized bridge pin or stainless steel with a stainless steel bridge pin. Optional seal materials such as silicone and EPTFE are offered for applications where temperature conditions are not suitable for nitrile. Clamps measuring 7 inches to 11 inches feature a large bridge pin and a 1/2 inch wide nitrile seal, while 12 inch to 24 inch clamps come with a large bridge pin and a 5/8 inch wide nitrile seal. The Quick-Fit ductwork components are designed with a rolled edge on the ends, facilitating easy connections using a barrel-type clamp, and a specially designed gasket ensures a tight seal at the joint. The system allows for quick and simple installation without the need for rivets, screws, or welding, reducing installation time and downtime by more than 45% compared to traditional flanged ductwork. Additionally, Quick-Fit ducting is reusable and can be easily uninstalled and relocated, making it adaptable to changing needs. It is also easy to clean, with the capability to remove, clean, and re-install without the use of tools.
